FARTKMM Arcade is a free browser game operated by the FARTKMM project. Playing is free and requires no account and no purchase.

We may change, suspend, pause or discontinue the arcade, the leaderboard, the weekly prize, the prize amount, the rules, or these terms at any time, at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice.

Material changes are announced on X from the FARTKMM account. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.

The prize is a voluntary reward, not a contractual obligation, not a wage, and not consideration for anything. No entry fee, no purchase, and nothing of any kind is required to play or to win.

We may change the amount, the frequency, the eligibility, or cancel the prize entirely at our discretion. We may withhold a prize where a run cannot be verified, where we reasonably suspect manipulation, automation, multiple accounts, or any breach of these terms, or where paying it would be unlawful.

All scores are verified server-side. Our verification result is final. We may remove entries, reset the leaderboard, or disqualify a player at our sole discretion. Our decisions on verification and prizes are final and not subject to appeal.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to receive a prize. The prize is not available where prohibited by law.

Winners are solely responsible for any obligations arising from receiving a prize in their own jurisdiction.

Winners are responsible for providing a correct address: prizes sent to an address provided by the winner are final and cannot be recovered by us.

Don't use bots, scripts, automation, emulators or modified clients; don't attack, overload or probe the service; don't submit unlawful, hateful, abusive or impersonating nicknames or handles.

We may remove any nickname or handle at our discretion. Accessing the service is a licence to play, not a transfer of any rights.

The FARTKMM name, character, artwork, design and game are ours. You may share screenshots and clips of your runs; you may not resell, redistribute or reuse our assets commercially without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy of the leaderboard, or that the game will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or lost prizes arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the prize concerned, if any.

Short recap: we store your nickname, optional X handle, score, week, and a hashed connection identifier used only for rate limiting. Winners additionally provide an address and a video link when claiming. We don't sell data.
